Zhengzhou Huwei Refractory Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 1958, is located in Xinmi City, Henan Province, known as the "Capital of Refractory Materials in China." It was the first refractory material production enterprise in Zhengzhou. In 2001, it was restructured from the former state-owned Xinmi Refractory Materials Factory into a private joint-stock company. In 2013, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002225). Since 1990, under the guidance of its corporate culture of "people-oriented and ethical management," the company has significantly enhanced employee dedication and cohesion, and rapidly improved the modernization level of its production, R&D, and testing equipment, becoming a national backbone enterprise in the refractory materials industry, integrating scientific research, development, production, and service.

The company boasts six modern refractory material production lines and a refractory material technology R&D and quality testing center, equipped with 698 sets of production, R&D, and testing equipment. These include a 2500T fully automatic hydraulic press, a 1250T vacuum press, a 1900℃ ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln, a vacuum salt impregnation device, a 300,000x scanning electron microscope, an X-ray diffractometer, a fluorescence analyzer, and high-temperature flexural and creep testing machines. Annual production capacity exceeds 200,000 tons of refractory materials.

The company's main products include high-grade magnesia, magnesia spinel, magnesia-chrome, magnesia-dolomite, aluminosilicate, mullite, corundum, and silicon carbide series of refractory materials. It holds 8 invention patents and 44 utility model patents. The company's registered trademark is "Huawei," and it has earned two national brand titles. Six of its high-tech products have won the National Spark Program Gold Award and provincial/ministerial-level science and technology progress awards.
