Product Introduction
Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide brick is made of high-purity SiC as aggregate, with the addition of silicon powder and other additives, using in-situ generation theory and high-temperature nitriding firing in a specialized kiln. Its structural characteristics are: SiC large particles are surrounded by a matrix, and the matrix part is composed of granular SiC and in-situ generated fibrous Si3N4. Si3N4 fibers are interwoven into a three-dimensional spatial network, surrounding SiC small particles and forming a strong mechanical bond with SiC large particles. The product has high thermal conductivity, oxidation resistance, and resistance to cryolite erosion, making it particularly suitable for high-power aluminum electrolysis cells.
