Product Introduction
Alkali-Resistant Brick is a specialized alumino-silicate refractory material manufactured from flint clay, refractory clay, electrical porcelain materials, and other selected raw materials through a high-temperature sintering process. During service at elevated temperatures, the product forms a dense protective layer that effectively resists attack from alkali vapors and alkali salts, prevents alkali-induced cracking, and ensures long-term stable performance at temperatures up to 1250°C.It is widely used as lining material in alkaline environments, including cement kiln preheaters, calciner furnaces, tertiary air ducts (TADs), and other areas exposed to severe alkali attack.
