Magnesium Chromium Rammed Concrete for RH
Magnesia-Chrome Ramming Mix for RH Vacuum Degassing Furnace is manufactured from high-purity fused magnesia, fused magnesia-chrome grain, and chromite concentrate as the principal raw materials. After intensive ramming, the material develops a highly dense structure with low porosity, ensuring excellent performance under the severe operating conditions of RH refining furnaces.

Product Introduction
The product offers excellent high-temperature resistance, superior resistance to molten steel and slag penetration and corrosion, strong stability under vacuum conditions, and outstanding thermal shock resistance. It provides excellent monolithic integrity after installation and is particularly suitable for areas subjected to severe thermal, chemical, and mechanical stresses. It is widely used for RH furnace bottoms, snorkel gap filling, and local hot repairs, where dense construction and long service life are required.
