Light Weight Fireclay Brick

Lightweight Fireclay Insulating Brick is an economical insulating refractory material manufactured from refractory clay and kaolin as the principal raw materials, with the addition of combustible pore-forming agents. The product is produced through molding and high-temperature firing processes.Designed for long-term service at temperatures ranging from 900°C to 1100°C, the brick offers low density, good thermal insulation performance, and cost-effective heat conservation. It is particularly suitable for applications where there is no slag attack and no severe mechanical abrasion or erosion.The product is widely used as an insulation layer in medium- and low-temperature industrial furnaces, flues, ducts, pipelines, and other thermal equipment.
