(002225) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengzhou Huwei Refractory Materials Co., Ltd., signed a series of "Technology Development Contracts," "Technology Service Contracts," and "Product Technology Licensing Agreements" with Zhengzhou Haimai High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd.
Zhengzhou Huwei and Zhengzhou Haimai signed a technical service contract for product microstructure research and performance improvement; they also signed a product technology licensing agreement. In addition, Zhengzhou Huwei also obtained a license to use the preparation technology of automatic refractory material injection devices.
This deepening of technological cooperation will further enhance Zhengzhou Huwei's technological capabilities in product microstructure research, performance improvement, and automated production.
